Ingrédients
  

For the Cookies

  • 24 pieces Keebler fudge-striped cookies
  • 24 pieces mini peanut butter cups (Reese’s dark chocolate) Upside down on each cookie
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melted
  • ½ cup peanut butter Smooth or crunchy as per preference
  • Mini M&Ms (red, yellow, and orange) For decorating

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and cookies.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with peanut butter together on a low or defrost setting for about 1-2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
  • Transfer the melted mixture into a piping bag and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assembly

  • Place a fudge-striped cookie on the parchment paper, stripe side down.
  • Pipe a circle of the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the center of the cookie.
  • Place a mini peanut butter cup upside down on top of the piped mixture, pressing gently.
  • Press a mini M&M into the mixture to form the buckle of the pilgrim hat.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining cookies.

Setting

  • Allow the cookies to set at room temperature until the mixture hardens.

Serving

  • Enjoy your Pilgrim Hat Cookies fresh or store them for later.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. You can freeze them for up to three months; just allow to thaw at room temperature before serving. Consider adding sea salt on top or using colorful M&Ms for seasonal themes.
