Instructions
Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro, then add them to a mixing bowl.
Pour in the lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Stir everything gently until evenly mixed.
Taste and adjust lime or salt if needed. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve fresh with tortilla chips, tacos, or grilled meats.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a minced garlic clove or a pinch of cumin. Pico de Gallo tastes best the same day it's made.
