  • 4 large flour tortillas Gluten-free tortillas can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can experiment with different types of cheese.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Chop dill pickles and green onions, and measure out the shredded cheddar cheese.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill pickles, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and creamy.

Rolling

  • Spread an even layer of the pickle mixture over one tortilla, leaving half an inch of space around edges.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.

Chilling and Serving

  • Place wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
  • After chilling, unwrap and slice the tortillas into approximately one-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Best served cold and can be made a day in advance. Good for gatherings or as a snack.
