Ingrédients
  

Beef Mixture

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Cheese Topping

  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Layer provolone slices over the top, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve as is for a low-carb option or over toasted hoagie rolls for a traditional Philly cheesesteak experience.
