  • Gather all your ingredients: orange soda, heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice, and orange zest.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange soda and sugar. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and orange zest. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container, ensuring it has a tight-sealing lid.
  • Place the container in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
  • For creamier texture, stir the mixture every hour for the first few hours.
  • Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the sherbet in bowls or cones.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let the sherbet sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes if it’s too hard to scoop.
