Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add pasta and vegetable broth. Stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes to thicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can customize this dish by adding chicken, shrimp, spinach, or mushrooms. For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
