  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out the heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan, and spices. Chop the garlic and set aside.

Cooking Pasta

  • Boil a large pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same pan, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer, allowing it to thicken for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Slowly mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until it melts and incorporates. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, gently tossing to ensure every strand is coated.
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips once it has cooled slightly, and serve it on top of the creamy pasta.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serving

  • Enjoy your Olive Garden Chicken Pasta with a side of garlic bread or a light salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, add a splash of broth or cream to retain the sauce's creaminess.
