  • 1 packet Tim Tams Use any flavor of Tim Tams
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Can use vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free version
  • 0.5 cup chocolate sprinkles For rolling the balls
  • 1 cup melted chocolate Use dark, milk, or white chocolate as preferred

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: a packet of Tim Tams, cream cheese, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate for melting.
  • Using a food processor, crush the Tim Tams until they form fine crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Tim Tams with the softened cream cheese. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Lay the formed balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt your choice of chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler, stirring regularly.
  • Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated.
  • Immediately roll the chocolate-dipped ball in chocolate sprinkles before the coating sets.
  • Return the coated balls to the refrigerator for an additional 15-20 minutes to set.
  • Once set, arrange the No-Bake Tim Tam Balls on a platter and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
