Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

Chocolate Mousse

Instructions
 

  • Gather and measure all ingredients before starting to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined and press into the bottom of each serving cup to form the crust.
  • Melt the dark chocolate over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream using a spatula, keeping the mousse light and airy.
  • Spoon or pipe the mousse over the crust in each cup, then top with fresh raspberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the mousse to set properly.
  • Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chocolate shavings or a sprig of mint.

Notes

You can substitute raspberries with strawberries or blueberries. For a dairy-free version, use plant-based cream and dairy-free chocolate. These mousse cups keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
