Ingrédients
  

For the crust

  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • ¼ cup melted butter Make sure the butter is melted but not hot.

For the filling

  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz each)
  • 2 ¾ cups cold milk
  • 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz)

For the topping

  • 6 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed To sprinkle on top before serving.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • In a food processor or zip-top bag, crush 1 ½ cups of Oreo cookies until they reach a fine crumb consistency.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with ¼ cup of melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the Oreo and butter mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish and place in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 ¾ cups of cold milk for 2 minutes until it thickens. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Once the filling has thickened, pour it into the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
  • Spread the thawed Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer and smooth it out gently.
  • Sprinkle the additional crushed Oreo cookies over the top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice the pie into wedges and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can last up to 3-4 days. For freezing, slice beforehand, wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap, and store in a freezer-safe container.
