  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, then mix in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
