  • 12 pieces mini sweet peppers Choose vibrant, fresh mini sweet peppers.
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use good quality cheese.
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the tops off the mini sweet peppers and remove the seeds carefully.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  • Using a small spoon, fill each pepper generously with the cheese mixture.

Baking

  • Place the stuffed peppers upright on a baking tray.
