Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain moisture.
Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, or roasted vegetables.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in sautéed onions or bell peppers. You can also glaze the top with a mix of ketchup and Parmesan for extra richness.
