Ingrédients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley fresh
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain moisture.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in sautéed onions or bell peppers. You can also glaze the top with a mix of ketchup and Parmesan for extra richness.
