  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup M&M’s

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s.

Baking

  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool on the sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack.

Serving

  • Enjoy the cookies warm or store them in an airtight container.
