Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, drain the black beans and corn, and chop any additional vegetables.

Cooking the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, then add the drained black beans and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combining Ingredients
