  • 18 jumbo jumbo marshmallows 3 per snowman
  • 1 cup melted white chocolate or icing to glue them together
  • 12 sticks mini pretzel sticks for arms
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips or candy pearls for eyes and buttons
  • 6 pieces orange mini candies for noses
  • 1 strip fruit gummy belts or sour strips for scarves, cut into shorter strips
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate for smiles and extra detail
  • optional as needed powdered sugar for a 'snowy' effect

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools including a microwavable bowl for melting chocolate, a tray for assembling.
  • In the microwavable bowl, melt the white chocolate in 15-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Place a dab of melted white chocolate between two jumbo marshmallows, press them together, and secure another marshmallow on top.
  • Set the stack to allow chocolate to harden for 5-10 minutes.
  • Insert a mini pretzel stick into each side of the middle marshmallow for arms.
  • Use melted chocolate to attach mini chocolate chips or candies for eyes and buttons.
  • Create eyes and a smile using the melted chocolate.
  • Wrap the fruit gummy belt around the middle marshmallow for the scarf.
  • Dust lightly with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
  • Drizzle or pipe melted dark chocolate for extra decorations if desired.
  • Serve on a platter with additional fruit gummies.
