Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure the unsalted butter is softened for easy creaming with the sugar.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar using a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Combining Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, ground peanuts, and a pinch of salt.

Shaping and Baking
