Cooking

  • For the zesty salad, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss gently.
  • Boil peeled and chopped potatoes until fork-tender (15-20 min). Drain and mash with garlic, milk, and butter until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Serving
