Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients ensuring lobster meat is cooked and cream cheese is softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped lobster meat and shredded Parmesan cheese into the cream mixture.
  • Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly with a golden crust.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped chives on top.
  • Serve warm with assorted crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, use a freezer-safe container and thaw overnight before baking.
