Preparation

  • Start by gathering all of your ingredients. Ensure the pizza dough is at room temperature if it has been frozen.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). A hot oven is crucial for achieving that crispy crust.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired thickness.

Assembly

  • Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil generously.
  • Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  • Arrange the thin lemon slices on top of the cheese.
  • Scatter the fresh basil and parsley over the pizza.

Baking
