  • 1 cup water chestnuts (chopped) Adds a crunchy texture.
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped) Also adds color to the dip.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Gather and measure out all your ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until completely blended.
  • Gently fold in the chopped spinach.
  • Incorporate the chopped water chestnuts.
  • Add the chopped green onions.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months, let it thaw in the fridge overnight before serving. For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice or grated cheese on top before serving.
