  • Start by gathering your ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder until evenly combined.
  • Slowly add the warm water and olive oil into the mixture, stirring continuously to form a cohesive dough.
  • Allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes to ensure pliability.
  • Divide the dough into eight equal portions and roll each into a ball.

Cooking

  • Press each dough ball into a flat shape using a rolling pin or your hands.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes on each side until light golden-brown spots appear.
  • Remove from the skillet and keep warm by wrapping in a clean kitchen towel.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a week. For freezing, layer parchment paper between tortillas.
