Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chop your fresh parsley, and have your spices measured out for quick access.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Gently mix all the ingredients together until they’re just combined.
  • Divide the turkey mixture into equal portions, shaping them into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the shaped patties to the hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and no longer pink inside.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
