Preparation

  • Start by gathering your ingredients. Ensure your chicken breasts are thawed if previously frozen.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Stir until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Carefully coat each chicken breast with the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for even cooking.

Cooking

  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has a golden color.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to redistribute the juices.
  • Slice the chicken and serve on a platter.

Notes
