Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean surface, including mini pretzel twists, caramel squares, chocolate discs, and any desired sprinkles.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Arrange the pretzels on the lined baking sheet with sufficient space between each.
  • Top each pretzel with a caramel square centered on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes until the caramel is soft but not fully melted.
  • Remove from oven and gently press a chocolate disc onto each softened caramel square.
  • Before the caramel sets, sprinkle the Valentine’s-themed sprinkles over each chocolate disc.
  • Allow the bites to cool slightly on the baking sheet.

Cooling

  • Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to help the chocolate and caramel firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Use a freezer-safe container to freeze and separate layers with parchment paper.
