  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavoring the white chocolate

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a microwave-safe bowl, spatula, and a lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each to prevent burning. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.

Assembly

  • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to about a quarter-inch thickness.
  • Sprinkle dark chocolate chips evenly over the warm white chocolate.
  • Scatter your colorful toppings over the dark chocolate chips.

Setting

  • Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces.

Serving

  • Serve immediately on a platter or package as a gift.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. You can also freeze it for longer storage, then thaw at room temperature.
