For the topping

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries recommended.
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup or topping

Preparation

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients. Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature.

Prepare the crust

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and mix until moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of individual cups.

Mix the filling

  • Beat the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.

Assemble

  • Spoon cheesecake filling into each cup over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Drizzle with strawberry syrup and add sliced strawberries on top.

Chill and serve

Notes
