Ingrédients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz noodles egg or rice noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat the chicken. Simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
  • Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated in sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, include a teaspoon of grated ginger or a dash of chili flakes. You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option, or add vegetables like broccoli, snap peas, or bell peppers for more color and texture.
