  • 12 pieces small slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. If using rotisserie chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s Hot Buffalo Sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  • Take the slider buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon, scoop the buffalo chicken mixture into each bun, filling them generously.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top of the buffalo chicken in each slider.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter, then sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over them.
  • Carefully place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Cut the sliders apart if necessary and serve them warm.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days. To reheat, place them in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
