Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan version.
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter and make sure that the butter is melted.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles damp sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • Bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden, then remove it from the oven to cool slightly.

Adding Layers

  • Spread the warm creamy peanut butter evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the peanut butter layer.
  • Evenly distribute the miniature marshmallows atop the chocolate chips.

Final Baking

  • Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the marshmallows are golden and puffy.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature.

Serving

  • Once cool, slice into squares and serve immediately, or store for later.
