  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Can be substituted with coconut sugar or maple syrup.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened Can be replaced with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced Substitutable with frozen or canned peaches (drained).

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Gather and measure all ingredients.

Making the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
  • Press half of the crumble mixture into a greased baking pan to form the base.

Layering

  • Layer the peach slices evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the peach layer.

Baking and Serving

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with ice cream.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. To reheat, place in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
