Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Thinly slice the steak against the grain for tenderness and chop the lettuce and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the steak slices, ensuring every piece is nicely coated.

Cooking

  • Place a skillet over medium heat and let it get hot.
  • Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned steak slices in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Once done, remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  • After resting, slice the steak into thin strips.
  • In a separate pan, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.

Assembly
