Mixing

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla to cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold in crushed Oreo cookies, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Serving

  • Divide the mousse into serving cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Top with extra Oreo crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
