- Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the lobster meat is cooked and chopped.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat.
- Slice hot dog buns but keep a pocket for stuffing. Butter the outer sides.
- Toast the buns in the skillet or grill for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
