  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure the lobster meat is cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces.

Cooking the Base

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour, salt, and black pepper, stirring together, and cook for about one minute until it forms a paste.

Adding Cream and Milk

  • Gradually pour in the heavy cream while whisking constantly, then add the milk, whisking until thickened (about 3-4 minutes).

Incorporating the Lobster

  • Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the chopped lobster meat and lemon juice.

Assembling the Pie

  • Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the lobster filling into the crust, spreading it evenly.

Baking the Pie

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Cooling and Garnishing

  • Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serving

  • Slice the pie and serve it warm.

Notes
