Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the cream cheese is softened.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  • Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and gently fold them into the creamy mixture.
  • Add yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika on top.
  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
