  • Sprinkle the gelatin over the warmed liquid, stirring continuously for 3–5 minutes until fully dissolved.
  • Add the sweetener to taste, adjusting as needed based on the juice used.
  • Enhance flavors with fresh fruits or herbs if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into cups or molds, allowing it to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Once set, garnish with additional fruits or herbs if desired and serve cold.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freezing is possible but best consumed fresh.
