Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and pesto sauce.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix again.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
