Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients listed above and ensure that the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  • Chop the green onions finely, and cook (if not already cooked) and flake the crab meat.

Cooking

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the cooked crab meat, then add the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese carefully to keep the mixture creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a suitable baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the dip to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the dip by adding lemon juice for brightness or hot sauce for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
