Preparation

  • Start by slicing your chicken breast into thin strips.
  • Chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the garlic and ginger for flavor.

Cooking the Noodles

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and add the chow mein noodles.
  • Cook according to package instructions, usually between 4 to 5 minutes.

Sautéing
