Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and peel all the vegetables.
  • Julienne the carrots, beet (if using), and cucumber.
  • Thinly slice the red and yellow bell peppers.

Make Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt.

Combine

  • In a large mixing bowl, add all prepared vegetables and herbs.

Dress the Salad

  • Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and gently toss to coat.

Final Touch

  • Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad.
  • Let the salad sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes for best flavor.

Notes
