Preparation

  • Gather and prep all the ingredients by washing the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and parsley.
  • Dice or chop the vegetables as directed in the ingredient list.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta.
  • Cook according to package instructions (typically 8-10 minutes) until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and cool it under cold running water.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red onion, and green olives.

Making the Dressing
