  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 12 pieces slider buns Make sure they are fresh.
  • 6 slices American cheese Feel free to substitute with other cheeses.
  • Lettuce, shredded Use crisp lettuce for best texture.
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Special sauce (mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and relish) Mix to taste.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the meat mixture into small patties slightly smaller than the buns.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat or prepare your grill. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun and topping with shredded lettuce, pickle slices, and a dollop of special sauce.
  • Optionally, toast the buns under the broiler for added flavor.
