Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure out the coconut milk and almond milk.
  • In your blender, add the coconut milk, almond milk, turmeric powder, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high for about 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  • Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes.
  • Pour the golden milk mixture over the ice in your prepared glass.
  • Stir well to ensure all the layers of spices and sweetness combine thoroughly.
  • Taste the drink and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately while it’s nice and cold.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. The latte is best enjoyed fresh. Avoid over-blending to prevent an unpleasant frothy texture.
