Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure that the chicken breasts are completely thawed and pat them dry with paper towels.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the chicken breasts in the pan, searing them for about 3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.

Feta Mixture

  • In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese with Greek yogurt. Stir until creamy.

Hot Honey Mixture

  • In another bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and the remaining olive oil.

Assembling

  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and spread the feta mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Baking

  • Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the feta-covered chicken. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  • Once cooked through, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
