Ingrédients
  

Hot Honey Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1–2 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste

Bowls

  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, or slaw
  • green onions sliced, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, warm honey and hot sauce together over low heat, stirring until combined.
  • Drizzle hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  • Assemble bowls with rice or quinoa, hot honey chicken, and fresh vegetables.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

These bowls are great for meal prep and can be served with extra hot honey on the side for more heat.
