Preparation

  • Start by washing and patting dry your chicken breasts.
  • Gather all the ingredients required for the honey mustard glaze.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease the baking dish with a paper towel and a thin layer of olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard, stirring until smooth.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the honey mustard glaze on both sides.
  • Arrange the glazed chicken in the greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Plate the chicken and drizzle any leftover glaze over the top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, cool completely and place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best results. Can be frozen for up to three months.
