Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure chicken breast is cooked and shredded nicely; bacon is crispy and crumbled; and lettuce is finely shredded.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half a cup of honey mustard sauce, making sure it’s evenly coated.

Assembly

  • Take the slider buns and lay them on a baking sheet. Spoon a generous amount of the honey mustard chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over each chicken-filled bun, then add a layer of shredded lettuce.
  • Place the top half of the slider buns over the loaded bottom halves.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the assembled sliders for about 10 minutes, until the buns are golden brown and the filling is warm.
  • Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider toasting the buns lightly before assembly. Adjust the honey mustard sauce for different flavor profiles. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
