Preparation

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  • Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Roast the carrots for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and golden brown.
