  • Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth for 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Gradually add the honey to the creamed butter, mixing on low speed, then increase to medium until blended.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully integrated.
  • Add the heavy cream or milk and vanilla extract; beat on medium-high speed until thoroughly combined.
  • Continue to beat until smooth and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Adjust consistency as needed by adding more cream or powdered sugar.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey or powdered sugar if necessary.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let it warm to room temperature before reusing.
